The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.

Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly

Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. I cannot thank this company enough I rang in the morning and just after 12 the engineer arrived he was so pleasant to my mother in law it was great looked at the situation gave us a quote job done the company has made her very happy as she is bed bound and her tv is her world definitely 100/100 thank you
